Packaging and Shipping

From eco-friendly packaging to quick delivery times, we want to deliver our cosy and silky robes to you as soon as possible, and do our part to be environmentally friendly at the same time.

  

Packaging

All of our silky robes are hand-packed and delivered in eco-friendly and bio-degradable packaging. We also don't have any wasteful hang tags, swing tags or invoice copies to reduce our usage of paper and plastic.  This is just our way of making a small difference in the world to reduce plastic usage and encourage the use of eco-friendly products. Our packaging is also certified by the Eco Packaging Alliance. 

 

What to do with your mailer once you receive your order: 

  • Make sure your cut along the dotted line on the mailer. This allows for the mailer to be re-used with the second adhesive strip. 
  • If you are the last person to receive the mailer and/or you have no further use for it, you can pop it in the recycling or home-compost bin after removing any stickers, labels and/or adhesive. 
  • If you can cut the mailer into strips. It will help it break down faster. 
  • Within 3-4 months, the mailer would have broken down.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. We use Australia Post for both standard and express post deliveries.
